Pauli’s North End roots run four generations deep, starting at age eight, working with his grandfather Nicolo, father and uncle at the family deli, and later, at his mother Maria’s restaurant.
Since 2011, Pauli’s has become a local, go-to favorite known for outrageous, overstuffed sandwiches, crazy good homemade classics, wicked fresh original salads and of course, our wicked famous, Zagat-rated lobster rolls featured on Good Morning America and Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
